PS: There are good and bad ways to setup your torrent client. Here're some speed tips on how to optimize your torrent downloads:

Set your max download speed to 95% of your internet download speed (ie: 8000kbps -> 760kB/s)
Set your max upload speed to 80% your internet upload speed (ie: 1000kbps -> 80kB/s)
Set your max connected peers per torrent to 1.3 times the upload speed (ie: 80 * 1.3 = 104)
Set your max upload slots to 1 + 0.16 time your upload speed (ie: 1 + 80 * 0.16 = 14)
VERY optional but probably the most effective: increase your max_halfopen TCP connections to 80 (default=10). You'll need a patch like EvID4226Patch.zip to make that work. Use at your own risk.
