This is an example of how to create a menu without using any javascript. It uses standard HTML and CSS to create a nice looking menu. I don't know who wrote it but think it's a nice way of showing how things can be done too. There is a disadvantage though. If you have a stylesheet already, this menu will require a lot of tweaking to integrate it into your site (hence this empty page compared to the rest of the pages).
